Over the past five years, outlier has grown its portfolio to over 1,000 units, which represents an investment of over $150 million and more than 750,000 square feet of real estate in the mid-Atlantic. At outlier, our team identifies, acquires, and improves underutilized assets to create and maximize value for investors, tenants, and communities. Outlier’s development team has over 100 years of combined experience, has developed more than 4,000 units and 300,000 SF of retail in the DC metro area and is based in Bethesda, MD.
